A ticket is a revocable licence to attend, not a property right. It admits one person for the dates shown.

Photo ID matching the name on the ticket. Under-16s do not need ID but must arrive with the ticketed adult in their order.

No wristbands are posted. Everything is a QR code on your phone or on paper, scanned at the gate, where you get the physical wristband. Screenshot it before you drive up — there is no signal at the gate.

Refundable up to 30 days before gates, minus the processing fee. After that, transferable but not refundable: message us in the Discord and we will take the new attendee's details privately from there and re-issue. Do not post anybody's name or booking details in a public channel.

Transfers are free up to 48 hours before gates: email us from the address that bought the ticket with the new attendee's name and we will re-issue it. Please do not sell tickets on for more than you paid. This is a fifty-person festival and we will notice.

If we cancel outright, your order becomes a credit towards a future Beats & Branches event rather than a refund — we will issue the credit and tell you what it covers. If we postpone, your order moves to the new dates and you can request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement instead. Weather does not stop this event: pack for snow and for 65F.

Camping and vehicle add-ons follow the wristband: if the wristband is refunded, they are too. We cannot refund your travel or accommodation, so please do not book anything unrefundable on the strength of a weather forecast.

• Everything on the prohibited list is a condition of entry, and each item there says why. Bags may be checked at the gate.
• We can refuse entry, or ask you to leave, without a refund — for violence, harassment, discrimination, being a danger to yourself or others, damaging the land, or ignoring a direct safety instruction from crew. That list is short on purpose and we do not use it for anything else.
• This is private land in a working forest. Fire restrictions in force that week are legally binding on all of us, and they override anything on this website.
• Under-16s must be with a responsible adult named in the same order at all times.

Camping in high forest in November involves real risks: cold, uneven ground, wildlife, loud music, fire and a long drive to the nearest hospital. There is no first-aid station and no medical cover on site. You bring your own kit, and if you need help you ask a crew member and we do what we can. We take reasonable care, but you are responsible for your own judgement, your own gear and the people you brought. Bring the right sleeping bag —the list is not decoration.

Loud music causes hearing damage. Bring earplugs — nobody is handing them out here — and no one will look at you funny for using them.

We may photograph or film the event for our own future promotion, and you may appear in it. Tell any crew member or email us and we will not use a shot you are identifiable in. Drones are permitted — fly considerately, not over people, and stop if anyone asks.

Line-up and set times can change, and at this size a single illness moves the whole evening. A change to the programme is not grounds for a refund. Anything we know, the schedule will say — and it is the authoritative version, not a screenshot from three weeks ago.

We try to keep every page accurate and we will correct mistakes as soon as we find them. Where this website and your order confirmation disagree, the order confirmation wins. Prices shown before the on-sale date are indicative until they say otherwise.
