Other days are on the calendar and are not part of a wristband. Friday on the land is for volunteers, industry and family — that covers the camping as well as the sets, so a camping add-on does not get you there a day early. If you want to be on the land Friday, apply to volunteer: volunteers get a complimentary Root Access wristband. Monday’s closing set is ticketed separately — we will publish how to get one before the presale.
Sunday night in Phoenix is on you. The wristband ends that night and we do not provide or book anywhere to sleep, so plan a bed or a drive home.

Wristbands, compared
Two wristbands. They cover the same days, the gate opens at the same time for both, and nothing on this site is fenced off from either — so read the Root Access column carefully before you pay double for it. The two rows that could still make it different are marked as not confirmed rather than guessed at.

Saturday is the long one — on the land, music from 8am straight through to a 6am close — and then on Sunday we drive down to Phoenix for the evening's sets, which are streamed. There is no bad wristband at a festival this size: no reserved fenced-off areas, no better view sold separately, nothing behind a second barrier. There is also no bar, so bring what you want to drink. Friday on the land is for volunteers, industry and family, and Monday's closing set is ticketed separately.

Back the weekend. The extras are still being defined.
Be straight with you: the gate opens at 8am on Saturday for everyone, there is no bar to have a better version of, and nothing is fenced off — at fifty people everyone already has the best view in the place. So what this tier is, today, is a way to pay more because you want the thing to happen and you want first pick when the presale opens. Whether it also carries merch, or some other way of making it feel reserved, is genuinely undecided, and we would rather say that than list perks nobody has agreed to. If that is not worth double, buy General Admission — you are not missing a festival.

Camping
Camping is a separate add-on, on purpose: some people book a bed nearby instead and should not be paying for a pitch they will not use. Three zones, and the quiet one is not the cheap one — it is the one most of the crew books.
RV Row

A level drive-in pitch with room for a rig. Fully dry — no hookups.
A marked, level, drive-in pitch nearest the gate and the restroom block, sized for an RV or a van, about two minutes on foot from the stage. It is 100% dry camping — NO power, NO water, NO dump. Arrive with full fresh tanks, empty grey and black, and enough battery or fuel for the whole stay. Inverter generators under 60dB are allowed here and nowhere else. Everything you bring in leaves with you.
Camp In The Thick Of It
$75
Roll out of bed into the party. Tents or vehicle camping.
Closest to where the music happens, which means the party is right outside the tent and so is the noise. Sociable, chaotic, and the reason some people come. Tents, or sleep in your vehicle. Dry camping, like everywhere here. Do not book this and then ask us to turn the music down.
Quiet Camp
$75
The upper meadow. No amplified sound, dark skies, actual sleep.
Ten minutes or more on foot up to the meadow, where no amplified sound is allowed at any hour and the sky does what it is supposed to do. This is not the cheap option or the overflow — it is the deliberate one, and it is what the crew books. If you are bringing kids, coming off a work week, or you simply intend to be awake for Sunday, choose this. Dry camping, like everywhere here — bring your own water.
Stated plainly, because ambiguity here becomes an argument at the gate.
Camping is not included with any wristband. Every tier needs a camping add-on or somewhere else to sleep.
No hookups anywhere. Every zone is 100% dry camping — no power, no water, no dump. Bring what you need and leave with what you brought.
No trash collection. This is a leave-no-trace event: you pack out everything you pack in, including grey water and cigarette ends.
There is NO BAR and nothing to drink for sale. Bring whatever you want to drink and keep it at your own camp — cans or plastic, never glass. There is no water on the land either, so that includes every drop of drinking water.
There are NO SHOWERS. None, for any tier. Bring wipes.
Food is not included and there is no kitchen and no catering. Bring all your own food for the whole stay. The event is cashless, and with no bar and no kitchen there is nothing to buy on the land anyway.
Travel is not included, and there is no shuttle. You need a car.
Under-16s are free but still need a ticket in the order so we know they are coming.

The fine print
Refunds
Refundable up to 30 days before gates, minus the processing fee. After that, transferable but not refundable: message us in the Discord and we will take the new attendee's details privately from there and re-issue. Do not post anybody's name or booking details in a public channel.
ID
Photo ID matching the name on the ticket. Under-16s do not need ID but must arrive with the ticketed adult in their order.
Wristbands
No wristbands are posted. Everything is a QR code on your phone or on paper, scanned at the gate, where you get the physical wristband. Screenshot it before you drive up — there is no signal at the gate.
If we cancel or postpone
If we cancel outright, your order becomes a credit towards a future Beats & Branches event rather than a refund — we will issue the credit and tell you what it covers. If we postpone, your order moves to the new dates and you can request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement instead. Weather does not stop this event: pack for snow and for 65F.
