Saturday morning through Sunday night. Saturday is on the land, 7am to a 6am close. Sunday is in Phoenix, with sets at the house from 3pm to 7pm. Sunday night is on you: we do not provide anywhere to sleep.
Root Access can come up Friday at 5pm to pitch in daylight and for the Root Access party at soundcheck. No sets are scheduled that day. General Admission arrives Saturday from 7am. Otherwise Friday is volunteers, industry and family — volunteer to be there.

Saturday is the long one, on the land: gates at 7am and music from noon to a 6am close. On Sunday we drive down to Phoenix for the evening's sets. There is no bad wristband at this size — nothing fenced off, no better view sold separately. You arrive Saturday; Friday is for Root Access, volunteers, industry and family.

Onto the land at 5pm on Friday, a day before anyone else. Put your camp up in daylight, then head over for the Root Access party at soundcheck, while the artists dial in their sound and jam. Nothing is scheduled and nothing is rehearsed for you — it is the loosest the weekend ever gets, and you might catch something nobody else hears all weekend. Plus exclusive merch, made for this wristband only. Nothing on the land is fenced off, so there is no reserved viewing, and no bar for anyone.

A level drive-in pitch with room for a rig. Fully dry — no hookups.
A marked, level, drive-in pitch nearest the gate and the restroom block, sized for an RV or a van, two minutes on foot from the stage. NO power, NO water, NO dump: arrive with full fresh tanks, empty grey and black, and battery or fuel for the whole stay. Inverter generators under 60dB are allowed here and nowhere else.

Roll out of bed into the party. Tent camping only.
Closest to the music: the party is right outside your tent, and so is the noise. Sociable, chaotic, and the reason some people come. TENTS ONLY — no cars, vans or RVs at any time, because people move through it all night; to sleep in a vehicle, book RV Row. Do not book this and then ask us to turn the music down.

The upper meadow. No amplified sound, dark skies, actual sleep.
Ten minutes or more on foot up to the meadow, where no amplified sound is allowed at any hour and the sky does what it is supposed to do. Not the cheap option or the overflow — the deliberate one. Bringing kids, coming off a work week, or intending to be awake for Sunday? Choose this.

Monday night · The Van Buren
Hinako Omori and Bonobo, closing the weekend. A venue ticket, not part of any wristband. Book The Van Buren.
Refundable up to 30 days before gates, minus the processing fee. After that, transferable but not refundable: message us in the Discord and we will take the new attendee's details privately from there and re-issue. Do not post anybody's name or booking details in a public channel.
Photo ID matching the name on the ticket. Under-16s do not need ID but must arrive with the ticketed adult in their order.
We aim to post your wristband to the shipping address on your order before the festival. If it has not arrived in time, collect it at the gate when you arrive, with photo ID that matches the name on your order.
If we cancel outright, your order becomes a credit towards a future Beats & Branches event rather than a refund — we will issue the credit and tell you what it covers. If we postpone, your order moves to the new dates and you can request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement instead. Weather does not stop this event: pack for snow and for 65F.
